GPU Radar Portal — EU Price Comparison for GPU Hosting and Consumer GPUs

Operator: accelerando UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (German limited liability company), Am Werren 9, 76287 Rheinstetten, Germany As of: 6 September 2026

§ 1 Scope and Provider

(1) These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the web portal "GPU Radar" (the "Portal"). The operator of the Portal is accelerando UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Am Werren 9, 76287 Rheinstetten, Germany, commercial register HRB 749621, Mannheim Local Court (Amtsgericht Mannheim), represented by the managing director Rafael Sobek ("Operator", "we" or "us").

(2) Use of the Portal is free of charge. The Terms apply to all visitors of the Portal ("Users"). No paid services are offered via the Portal; the Portal is a price comparison and not a merchant.

(3) Supplementary or deviating terms may apply to other services of the Operator (e.g. separately provided programming interfaces or AI tools).

(4) The Portal is used subject to these Terms. They are permanently available at the address stated. These Terms are available in German; the English and French versions of the Portal are non-binding translations. The German version is binding.

§ 2 Nature and Scope of the Service

(1) The Portal is a European price comparison service with two segments:

  1. GPU hosting: rentable GPU computing capacity (dedicated servers, cloud instances, marketplace offers) from European providers, with prices per hour/month,
  2. Consumer graphics cards: GPUs available for purchase with current shop prices across Europe.

(2) In particular, the Portal offers: a GPU directory with filters, offer and detail pages with price histories, side-by-side comparisons, automatically generated price news with an RSS feed, region filters (country selection) and a newsletter with price alerts.

(3) The Operator automatically collects prices, availabilities and offer data from the providers and shops ("Sources") and prepares it. Not all providers and offers available on the market are included on the Portal; the overview makes no claim to completeness. Use of the Portal is governed by the respective current scope of functions; there is no entitlement to the maintenance of individual functions, data sources or content.

(4) The Portal serves informational purposes only. It does not replace professional, legal or financial advice.

§ 3 Price Information

(1) All prices are final prices (gross prices) and include statutory value added tax unless expressly marked otherwise. For purchase offers (consumer GPUs), additional shipping costs may apply; the total price is only determined at the respective shop. For rental offers (GPU hosting), the price basis (per hour or per month) is stated in the offer display. Every offer is displayed in the original currency of its source (EUR for providers that invoice in EUR, USD e.g. for marketplace providers that invoice in USD); the portal does not convert currencies for the price display. Internal analyses (e.g. sorting, "best price" figures, reference prices for drop displays) may normalize using the current European Central Bank reference rate (USD/EUR); such values are non-binding analyses and do not create any guarantee of conversion.

(2) Prices, availabilities and conditions originate from the Sources and reflect the status of the last automated collection (see time of update). Between the collection, the display on the Portal and the call-up of the provider's page, the price or availability may have changed. No warranty is given for the accuracy, completeness or up-to-dateness of the price and availability data; only the price stated by the respective provider or shop is authoritative.

(3) Price histories, price statistics (e.g. "price drops", best prices) and break-even calculations are non-binding analyses. They do not give rise to any entitlement to a specific price or a specific price trend. No guarantee is given.

§ 4 No Conclusion of Contracts via the Portal

(1) A contract for a displayed offer (rental, purchase or contract with providers) is concluded exclusively between the User and the respective provider or shop. The Operator is neither a party to the contract nor an intermediary in the legal sense and does not owe the conclusion of any contract. The terms of the respective provider or shop apply exclusively to the conclusion of the contract, price, delivery, service, warranty and rights of withdrawal and cancellation.

(2) Users are obliged to check all relevant information with the respective provider or shop themselves before placing an order or making a booking (in particular price, availability, delivery and payment terms). Users who make advance payments to providers (e.g. payment in advance) generally bear the risk of default.

(3) The Operator does not warrant that displayed offers can actually be ordered, rented or acquired under the conditions stated, and assumes no obligation to ensure the performance of such contracts.

(4) Enquiries, complaints and legal transactions relating to offers must be addressed directly to the respective provider or shop.

§ 5 Affiliate Links (Partner Links) and Commissions

(1) Some references to providers and shops are partner (affiliate) links. If a User clicks on such a link, the Operator may receive a commission. Partner links are marked technically (HTML attribute rel="nofollow sponsored") and in the display.

(2) The remuneration for partner links does not flow into the pricing and influences neither the ranking nor the display of offers. The Portal aims at objective, neutrally determined comparisons; sorting (e.g. by price) is carried out solely according to the criteria displayed.

(3) The Operator reserves the right to list offers without a partner programme as well and not to list providers.

§ 6 Newsletter (Price Alerts)

(1) A newsletter with price alerts can be subscribed to via the Portal. Registration takes place by means of a double opt-in procedure: after submitting the registration form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with which the registration is confirmed. Upon registration, the e-mail address as well as optionally selected regions and topic categories are processed; the details are governed by the Privacy Policy.

(2) The subscription is free of charge, can be cancelled at any time and does not commit you to anything. You can use the unsubscribe link in any message at any time or unsubscribe by e-mail at info@accelerando.company.

(3) Price alerts are non-binding information and do not constitute a price guarantee. No guarantee is given for the deliverability, completeness or up-to-dateness of the messages; there is no entitlement to the delivery of individual issues.

§ 7 Copyright and Data

(1) The contents of the Portal created by the Operator (texts, layout, graphics, charts, analyses, editorial price news) are protected by copyright. Rights of use are governed by § 8.

(2) GPU designations, manufacturer and provider names are trademarks or names of the respective rights holders. The offer and price data displayed on the Portal may only be used within the limits of the statutory exceptions (in particular private use and quotation). A systematic adoption of the data holdings into one's own offers is not permitted without express consent, in so far as this is not permitted by law.

§ 8 Rules of Use

(1) The Portal may only be used as intended and not in an abusive manner. In particular, it is prohibited

  1. to access the Portal with automated programmes in a manner that places excessive load on the Portal or its infrastructure. Excluded are the official usage options provided by the Operator (in particular the RSS feed and public programming interfaces within their documented limits),
  2. to copy contents, data holdings or analyses of the Portal systematically or to adopt them for one's own, in particular commercial, offers, in so far as this is not permitted by law,
  3. to manipulate the ranking, click tracking or other functions (e.g. by automatically setting click events),
  4. to violate applicable laws or rights of third parties.

(2) Infringements entitle the Operator to block access temporarily or permanently.

§ 9 Availability

(1) Within the scope of the available technical and operational possibilities, the Portal is kept available and up to date at all times. The Operator strives for high availability but does not assume any guarantee of uninterrupted use.

(2) Maintenance work, disruptions, failures of data sources, security-relevant events, capacity limits and force majeure may lead to temporary restrictions. The Operator may temporarily suspend operation, in particular for maintenance and security purposes.

§ 10 Liability

(1) The Operator is liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health and for damages based on intent (wilful misconduct) or gross negligence of the Operator, its legal representatives or vicarious agents. Liability under the German Product Liability Act (ProdHaftG) remains unaffected.

(2) In cases of simple negligence, the Operator is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (i.e. obligations whose fulfilment enables the proper use of the Portal in the first place and on whose compliance the User regularly relies and may rely, e.g. the provision of the Portal within the scope of the technical possibilities). In this case, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract.

(3) Otherwise, liability for simple negligence is excluded. Liability for disruptions or impairments based on force majeure, third-party interference, failures of data sources or technical problems outside the Operator's sphere of influence is excluded in so far as legally permissible.

(4) The Operator is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, up-to-dateness or usability of the price and offer data referred to in § 3 or for the contents of the linked provider and shop pages. Liability for consequential damages arising from the fact that a displayed price is no longer available at the provider is excluded in so far as legally permissible.

§ 11 Data Protection

Information on the collection, processing and use of personal data is provided in the Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, the data protection provisions take precedence over the provisions of these Terms.

§ 12 Amendments to these Terms

(1) The Operator may amend these Terms for legitimate reasons, in particular in the event of changes in the legal situation, case law, the way the Portal works or the provision of individual functions. Such amendments constitute an adjustment of the free-of-charge service offered and are reasonable if they are acceptable to the User.

(2) Amendments will be announced on this page no later than six weeks before they take effect. Newsletter subscribers will be informed by e-mail before the amendments take effect in so far as the amendment affects their rights and obligations. Users may stop using the Portal at any time.

§ 13 Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

(2) For Users who are consumers habitually resident in a Member State of the European Union, the protection provided by the law of the State of residence under mandatory consumer protection provisions remains unaffected.

(3) If the User is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement is the Operator's registered office.

§ 14 Consumer Dispute Resolution

(1) We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of § 36 VSBG (German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act).

(2) The obligation to refer to the EU platform for online dispute resolution, which existed until July 2025, ceased with the shutdown of the platform on 20 July 2025.

§ 15 Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become wholly or partly invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible, in a legally permissible way, to the commercial purpose of the original provision. The same applies to gaps in the provisions.
